Alpha Ink is an Australian-owned company. We sell only the best laser printer and copier toners, inkjet and fax cartridges.
For the technically minded
Most Alpha inkjet cartridges and ink tanks are known as compatibles, which means they are all new cartridges made to be effectively identical to the OEM cartridges. A few inkjet cartridges, for patent, technical or quality reasons are remanufactured versions of the original cartridge. However these are not straight refills; the remanufacturing process for inkjets is long and careful, carried out in large ISO9001 quality approved factories under strictly controlled conditions.
Similarly, for laser toners, some are compatibles made all new to replicate the OEM cartridge. Others are fully remanufactured where the cartidge is totally stripped and all the parts that may wear are replaced. The cartridge is then reassembled and then tested to ensure that it is working satisfactorily.

Warranty Information

Use of Alpha cartridges will not void your printer warranty.

In the rare event of an Alpha cartridge causing any damage to your printer, Alpha Ink will provide the same level of service and/or replacement that is provided by the original warranty.

The cartridge itself has a limited warranty. Please contact Alpha Ink or your retailer if you should have any problems. The warranty does not cover empty or refilled products, or products that have been tampered with, misused or left in the sun at any time.
